Our Service

Lifeline at Home provides help at the touch of a button 24 hours a day. The Lifeline alarm simply connects to the telephone line, and works with a pendant, which can be worn on the wrist or around the neck. With a range of up to 50 metres, meaning you will be covered in the garden. 

Pressing the button on the home unit or on the pendant will alert our TSA accredited* Tunstall response centre where trained, friendly staff will have all the relevant details to hand and can send the most appropriate help straight away. This might be one of the nominated keyholders, or the emergency services.

There’s no need to worry about remembering phone numbers, someone not being at home to receive the call or disturbing anybody during the night. The Lifeline alarm can be used from anywhere in the home, and if the operator does not get a response when they talk via the clear loudspeaker on the home unit, they will send help.


The Lifeline at Home Standard Service costs £35 + VAT to set up your account and an ongoing monthly price of £12.49 + VAT.

Requirements

  • You will need a working telephone landline socket within 2 metres of a mains electricity plug socket.
  • Broadband is not required. However, if you do have broadband in your home you will need to ensure that you use the ADSL filter supplied by your broadband provider.
